I work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenging transitions- navigating a separation, caregiver burnout, and parenting. I utilize a primarily attachment-based, psychodynamic orientation to provide a safe and confidential container to address childhood trauma with unconditional positive regard for you as a fellow traveler.
