With experience in working with young children to adults, I am here to assist, guide and provide you with tools to gain the growth you desire. I focus on women's issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, and family conflicts.
My passion is focused on supporting people as they navigate deeper connections with themselves through exploring traumas using EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I have training in working with perinatal mothers experiencing depression, anxiety, & intrusive thoughts.
I value connection and trust in the therapeutic relationship and I will ensure to provide you with a safe space to do so.
