About
As a licensed associate clinical mental health counselor, my goals are to support, understand, teach, and help equip skills and techniques. These skills and techniques are personalized to fit you. If something does not work for you we will find what does. My goal is to help you meet your goals, all in the sake of making life more manageable and enjoyable. I help clients through issues of anxiety, depression, unpredictable shifts in life, and relationships.
I utilize many evidence-based approaches alongside a person centered, multicultural viewpoint. The types of therapy that I have experience in and regularly pull from include cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, expressive therapy, and rational emotive behavior therapy.
