I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in African American Studies from the University of Memphis, and subsequently earned a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. For the past eight years, I have devoted my skills to community-based mental health, particularly focusing on telehealth therapy in the last four years. Throughout my career, I have engaged with a wide range of populations, providing services to individuals of various races and ethnic backgrounds. In my practice, I strive to help clients identify and reach their objectives.

My approach is aligned with Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, promoting a self-empowering and open-minded perspective. Moreover, my therapeutic method is based on whole person wellness, adopting a holistic view of optimal well-being that encompasses mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions.
