Life can be challenging, and sometimes we need support as we navigate difficult seasons. I enjoy working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or discouraged. I especially enjoy helping clients navigate anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationships, boundaries, and life transitions. I strive to create a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and work toward healing. I believe that we were made to be in relationship with one another, which means no one is meant to struggle alone. As a Christian, I enjoy incorporating faith and biblical principles for clients who desire that approach.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and relational. I primarily use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thinking patterns, gently challenge beliefs, and build healthier ways of thinking and coping. We also explore how past experiences shape current emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns, with a focus on meaningful change.
