My clients are simply looking for a down to earth person with whom they feel comfortable sharing, and knows how to not only listen, but provide feedback and suggestions when appropriate. My individual and couples clients enjoy a balance of talking through current issues and developing practical skills/tools to address their specific needs. The ability to lean into and enjoy life doesn't always come natural, past experiences may have wired your brain in a way that makes it difficult! Ultimately, we are all after self-worth and congruence. This fulfillment leads to balanced, loving relationships. I will absolutely help you find this.
Simply put, I offer a non-judgmental space that feels comfortable for any person, regardless of gender, life-experience, etc. We will break down your feelings & experiences from both an emotional & logical perspective to best understand your thought patterns and behaviors. Especially effective with couples, this approach provides dynamic and useful sessions.
