I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest without fear of condemnation. Together, we'll explore the emotional roots of unwanted sexual behaviors, including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, and attachment wounds, while developing healthier ways to cope and connect.

Recovery is about more than stopping a behavior. It's about understanding yourself, healing the underlying wounds, rebuilding trust, and becoming the man you want to be.
