The key for me was to have someone to talk to and process my emotions and thoughts that were hard to look at alone. My practice is relational and psychodynamic, although I draw from contemplative traditions when appropriate as well. Together we examine the emotional and psychological underpinnings of what’s going on, how you got here, and who you really are.
I work with people who are looking for someone non-judgmental, compassionate, and understanding. You won’t be shamed, and your struggle will be acknowledged as a real mental health concern. We’ll work together to help you re-ignite your passions, build healthier relationships, and uncover a more authentic self.
