My training is in somatic or body-focused therapies, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, and energy work. Each of these offers us a unique lens to see you, your life, your strengths, and your struggles. They also each provide a pathway for growth and invite new possibilities.
I’ve found that with more clarity comes more questions. But maybe the work is getting comfortable with that.
