Online Drop-In Guided Meditation Class
Not quite ready for therapy? Or looking to add something new to your wellness work? Join my live online guided meditation class for only $20 per month. The class runs M & F @ 7:30am & W @ 7pm. Meditations are 15-20 minutes and focus on improving body-awareness, emotional stability, grounding, and energy flow. This is also a great place to develop self-compassion and acceptance, as well as reduce internal judgment and criticism.
