I work with people who are having relationship difficulties, issues with codependency, trouble navigating traumatic events, and looking for overall personal growth. I also have experience and enjoy working with people who are on the autism spectrum.
I have become convinced that each person has their unique optimal way of confronting/ working through personal/emotional difficulties.
