About
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples with varying issues especially trauma, relationship and/or communication problems, and sexual addiction. Because I believe that individuals are the experts in their lives, I make counseling a collaborative process. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to do this by providing a non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to freely share their stories. I work to ignite the flames of hope and happiness in those I work with to facilitate lasting, positive change. I am a father to 3 beautiful children and love the ocean and outdoors.
I often take person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral approaches to therapy.
