I help gay men find self-acceptance and belonging. Too often, we carry the weight of generational trauma and societal conditioning —either stuck repeating old cycles or exhausted from trying to break free. You deserve more than just survival. You deserve the freedom to embrace your full, authentic self—without fear, shame, or apology. Therapy can be the place where you put down what isn’t yours to carry and begin building the life you want. Together, we’ll identify what keeps you stuck, break through barriers, and create real, lasting change so you can live with confidence, connection, and pride.

I offer individual, group and couple's therapy, specifically focusing on gay men and LGBT+ issues. I utilize trauma-informed care to help with intimacy issues, internalized shame, sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, self-acceptance and emotion regulation. I work holistically, creating individualized sessions based on your specific needs.
