I am Jake Lamers, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am passionate about fostering positive change by working collaboratively with each client to identify and achieve their unique goals. I work with clients to enhance self-esteem, navigate difficult life transitions, and cope with depression and anxiety. Together, we’ll develop and practice tools in therapy to prepare and empower you to live a more fulfilling life even after therapy concludes.
I employ cognitive behavioral techniques in collaboration with acceptance and commitment therapy to help break down the barriers keeping you from improving your quality of life. I also provide helpful readings and practice exercises to reinforce what is learned in sessions.
