I approach therapy from a strengths based lens, using tenets of acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, with aspects of dialectical behavior therapy. I hope to strengthen clients by helping them in identifying their values, and internal strength, by helping them learn new tools, and taking actions to create the life they want.
Having experienced my own challenges and hardships in childhood and throughout my previous professional positions, I personally know the difficulties in making sense and moving forward after painful experiences and hope to help others do the same.
