I specialize in men's issues as well as male sexual difficulties. My style is warm and collaborative, with an approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relational therapy, with a strong emphasis on developing and enhancing coping strategies. As a sex therapist, I focus on supporting clients with issues connected to sexual functioning and wellness, as well as navigating relationship dynamics.
I am an LCSW and a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Social Work. I have years of experience working as a therapist in various settings, facilitating individual and group therapy.
