Hi! My name is Jake! Are you finding yourself a bit stuck in life, looking for the help to get past some longstanding stresses and anxieties to get yourself to that next level? I have been a therapist working for almost 10 years, working with people of all backgrounds but primarily men and the LGBTQ+ community. I have specialized training working with neurodiverse clients, as well as those who are queer, polyamorus, or kinky.
As a therapist, use a variety of techniques to help my clients build skills to manage emotions and move in the direction they seek in life. I am also a good listener! There's nothing I know that you cannot learn - my hope is that my clients leave their time with me with a set of tools they can use their entire life.
