My ideal client is someone motivated for change and wants to better understand themselves and their world around them. I worked many years in school-based therapy learning and helping kids and families adapt and adjust to one another. I have always focused on trauma and trauma related issues because it was so needed. Since then I have seen adult and children alike to help foster positive change because trauma is a lifelong challenge. My goal for my clients is to walk away with a better understanding of who you are, what you need, and how to better your life.
I have always put my time and effort into understanding, healing, and preventing trauma. I was diagnosed with ADHD very late in life and had to cope for a majority of my life with little to no understanding. I've found myself more and more interested in understanding neurodivergent minds to guide and educate them towards something positive.
