Emotional Pain. It is something we've all experienced. However, we often tend to sidestep and ignore it instead of confronting and embracing it. This leads to stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I work with my clients to become comfortable with feeling the pain of their past and present in a safe and healthy environment, enabling them to live a more wholesome lifestyle.
Mindfulness-based body-centered psychotherapy is my primary approach. My specialties include depression, anxiety, PTSD, and spirituality. I also specialize in working with families in conflict and crisis. I work with people of all backgrounds and have a particular passion for supporting those who are struggling with their Judaism and Jewish identity.
