My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that each individual is unique and what works for one person may not work for another. Because of this I take an individualized approach to counseling, working collaboratively with each client to identify the strategies and tools that best meet their specific needs.
I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults who are navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, struggles with self-esteem and self-worth, and emotional regulation difficulties, among others.
My work is centered around person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapies, and I often incorporate techniques from dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. This flexible approach allows us to tailor the counseling process in a way that supports meaningful and lasting change.
My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, so you can focus on identifying what you need to grow and move forward.
