You don't have to have it figured out to reach out.

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, and with couples working through communication, intimacy, and sexuality. Therapy with me isn't stiff or overly clinical. I'm direct, warm, and I'll probably make you laugh at least once.

Someone once believed in me before I could believe in myself, and that changed everything. I know what it's like to question yourself and carry things that feel impossible to explain.
