About
I have been offering mental health services for well over a decade and the longer I do it, the more I have grown compassion for people who are privately or outwardly struggling because I think we all struggle at some point in our lives. It can feel lonely when we don't want to burden our loved ones with our pain and I have seen people be able to live out their best lives after investing in themselves with therapy, which has been proven to make a noticeable difference in the healing and change process. Please consider taking the next step by reaching out.
I use therapy approaches and determine if psychological assessments may be helpful when considering a treatment strategy. I help people with emotional distress of trauma, depression/anxiety, neurological problems like OCD & ADHD and help people develop skills to manage/ treat chronic pain, insomnia and emotional/cognitive disturbances caused by brain injury.
The first session will be about getting to know you and giving you space to tell your story where you consider personal goals that you'd like to achieve in therapy. I commend you for taking this first step of searching, but don't stop there. Please go to the Rhombus Counseling website at www.rhombuscounseling.com and fill out our form to start the process.
