I am a psychologist at Palm Beach Behavioral Health & Wellness who specializes in mindful recovery from suffering. Suffering is a personal experience but some examples include car accidents, mistreatment, bullying, medical conditions, or adoption rejection. I have experience with a variety of presenting problems with a special interest in academic difficulties. I firmly believe establishing rapport in a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth. I take an integrative approach that combines behavior management strategies, interpersonal therapy and CBT to meet the individual where they are while promoting positive development. As a part of my practice, I specialize in the suffering associated with grief and loss, mistreatment, medical conditions, and tragic accidents. I want to help you move from suffering to recovery in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way. This is a personal journey and I want to be your guide.
In addition to individual therapy, I provide group therapy, psychological testing, and neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is available for athletes seeking to improve peak performance, to individuals with anxiety, health and sleep problems, and concerns with attention, impulsivity, and increased or decreased activation or arousal.
