This isn’t how your journey to parenthood was supposed to go. If you’re here, you’re likely feeling hopeless and grieving what should have been. When becoming a parent doesn’t come easy, it unfortunately often includes grief and trauma. This is one of the hardest paths to walk in life and I am sorry you are here. I get it and you’re not alone. I have a passion for working with those struggling with stillbirth, pregnancy loss, recurrent pregnancy loss, infertility, birth trauma, NICU trauma, and the pregnancy and postpartum following.
I have specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International. I have also completed training in EMDR which is a research based therapy to treat trauma. I am happy to work with carrying parents, partners/spouses, and supporting family members.
