As a licensed psychologist, I am most passionate about helping each person, from the youngest to the most mature, overcome whatever obstacles are preventing him/her from living a fulfilled life. Each client is unique; therefore, my approach is tailored to the client's particular need. Whether you are a parent needing help with your preschooler who is acting out, an adolescent struggling with depression or anxiety, or an adult who wants to stop reenacting unhealthy relationship patterns learned from early life experiences, I am here to help you learn tools that will help you overcome any challenge to your mental health.
I offer a client-centered approach which focuses on building rapport through genuine concern and a belief in your ability to understand yourself. I also offer strong training in evidenced based approaches effective in treating common mental health issues. If faith is important, I offer integration of Christian/Catholic spirituality into the therapy.
As human beings, we are all born with the desire and longing for fulfillment; however, life is not easy and we all experience trials or traumas that leave their mark and can affect our current lives and relationships.
