I use EMDR and talk therapy, and I'm happy to collaborate with you to identify the best approach. I believe that people have the capacity within themselves, especially with the right support, to find healing, strength, and growth which can lead to a fulfilling life.
I have great passion for working with parents to support their children and manage challenges associated with new parenthood. I work to help my clients navigate life stressors, adjustments, impacts of past traumas, current social pressures, and familial difficulties to assist them and their families in functioning in a healthy and fulfilling way.
