About
As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, I use a combination of insight, humor, and a good dose of reality, as well as a variety of evidence-based practices to highlight client strengths and help promote better understanding and tolerance of stressful thoughts in teens and young adults. I strive to provide a space for clients to feel safe and able to discuss their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
I work primarily with clients presenting with anxiety and depression. I have also grown my practice to include a specialization in chronic pain. I have a certification in Pain Reprocessing Therapy. I am a Board Member of Flowly’s Founding Physicians Board, as well as a member of the American Association for Pain Psychology.
With Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Deaf Studies from Boston University and my Ph.D. from Gallaudet University, I am fluent in American Sign Language and currently provide therapy services for individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
