I help children, teens, and adults find relief from anxiety, stress, trauma, and life changes. With kids, I often use play therapy to help them express feelings and build coping skills. For adults and teens, I use CBT, SBFT, MI, EMDR and other approaches to create practical strategies for healing and growth. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
