I have over 25 years experience working with children, teens and adults. Bullying, ADHD, Trauma, Abuse, Depression and Social Anxiety, can play a huge role in the day to day stress in our young adults. I am passionate in helping today's youth, along with their parents, cope with their emotions, empower themselves against bullies and the pressures of social media, and find hope for a bright future. I am also a Certified Trauma Specialist and enjoy working with children as well as adult survivors of trauma; helping clients reclaim their self worth and release self-defeating negative thoughts is truly rewarding.
I specialize in children/teens/young adults, but also enjoy working with parents on navigating the sometimes murky waters of parenthood. I really enjoy working with adult trauma survivors, and have become a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner to bring a more wholistic approach to my practice.
