I’m Jaime (she/her), and I’m dedicated to cultivating an LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Together, we will work to help you learn specific skills and strategies to manage stress and anxiety, build fulfilling relationships, and nurture more enjoyment in your life (and identity).
My style is both practical and playful, and as a relational therapist, we will collaborate to meet your unique needs. Using a variety of modalities, (including play therapy, IFS, DBT, and CBT techniques) I help clients explore and work through identity and relationship issues, as well as everyday stressors in family life, work, and school.
