My goal is to help you understand your experience, deconstruct limiting beliefs/behaviors and rebuild a meaningful existence. Joy is defined by those who seek it. I will provide emotional support while we explore what actions and beliefs will reinforce your wellbeing. I use an EFT model with couples that are navigating differences. The purpose of this model is designed to deepen understanding of yourself and each other while developing/strengthening the skills needed to grow together. I use ART, a bilateral desensitization technique, to offer relief from phobias, unhelpful habits, limiting beliefs, rumination and distress.
