With a decade of experience providing trauma-focused support, I weave together talk therapy with somatic (body-focused) techniques, energy psychology, therapeutic meditation and energy therapies including reiki and shamanism. My approach supports the holistic self by meeting body, mind, emotion, energy and soul. We all experience disharmony, ebbs and flows in life, times of thriving and times of struggle. Times of struggle can often manifest as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, unresolved grief or feeling disconnected from the true self.
Finding support & guidance from a neutral source can be a necessary path towards reclaiming your truest self. I take a collaborative, empathetic approach, with warmth, acceptance, and non-judgment, to develop a strong therapeutic connection. Together we'll establish your plan for healing, self-awareness, growth and optimal well-being.
As a yoga teacher, reiki teacher and shamanic practitioner, I offer these tools to complement traditional talk therapy. Holistic healing modalities may include somatic/ body-based therapy, energy psychology, therapeutic yoga and meditation. This whole-being approach addresses mind, body, emotion, energy, and soul to restore whole health.
