Hi there! My name is Jaime and I am a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. I use creative art therapy directives and traditional talk therapy to help clients understand and cope with life's stressors. I work with ages 13 and older and help you deal with life transitions and environmental stressors. I enjoy helping people navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, low self-esteem and much more. I have a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Florida State University. Note: our office is up on the second floor, one flight of stairs.
I have been a therapist for over ten years. I believe the therapeutic process of art-making and traditional talk therapy can help anyone gain insight into life's challenges. You do not need to be an artist to benefit from art therapy!
