I offer a structured two-session therapy intensive for neurodivergent adults in Iowa who feel high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside. You may suspect ADHD or autism, be self-identified, or already have a diagnosis and still feel stuck or burned out. This is a structured two-session model with a clear purpose and outcome. In your three hours with me, we will examine how your brain functions under stress, where energy gets drained, what patterns keep repeating, and which tools are most likely to help. You receive a written roadmap summarizing how you function, what to prioritize, and what to stop forcing.
Many adults book this while on a therapy waitlist because they want structured support now. Others come after an evaluation but feel unsure how to use the results. Some want clarification in conjunction with their current therapy. This intensive functions like a specialist visit. This intensive puts you a step ahead in therapy and personal development.
I am neurodivergent, and there is no pressure here to mask or perform. You've likely had experiences of being invalidated by doctors and I'm approachable, kind, and compassionate. I believe you. My goal is to help you be less overwhelmed and give yourself grace. I also provide psychological evaluations for adults and adolescents for a formal diagnosis.
