As the spouse of a law enforcement officer, former EMT-B, and the daughter of a veteran, I have a personal and professional commitment to supporting the veteran and first responder community. I understand the unique stressors and sacrifices that come with serving in high-stakes roles, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients.
I am trained in crisis intervention and serve as a member of the Lewis and Clark CISM Team. My goal is to support the mental health and resilience of first responders, veterans, and their families—helping them process critical incidents, manage stress, and maintain emotional well-being in the face of demanding and often traumatic experiences.
