Hardly anybody I know aspires to be that average, center-of-the-bell-curve person. In different ways, we all deviate from the norm, which explains our own uniqueness. My aim as a therapist is to work with individuals, couples, triads, and families in a way that celebrates their uniqueness and "incurable deviance." By meeting you where you are, with who you are, in a way that makes best use of your unique strengths, hopes, dreams, and quirks, we can work together as client(s) and therapist to help you address your current challenges, get lots more of what you want, develop skills, transform, and explore new choices available to you.
I am trained in a variety of approaches and integrate them in a way to best serve the individual client with therapy, counseling, and coaching services. My current fee per session is $60. My trainings and certifications include Mindfulness/Insight-based therapies, ACT, EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, Metaphors of Movement, Provocative Changeworks, and NLP.
It takes courage to begin therapy and coaching. My experience is that once you begin, you'll experience changes immediately. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and if we're not a good fit I will help you find someone who is. I am an ally to LGBTQ folks and am kink and poly aware. I welcome adult and adolescent clients and have immediate openings.

Anxie-TEA
Anxie-TEA (Techniques, Experiences, and Attitudes) is a 5-week online group that combines effective techniques for managing anxiety and increasing wellbeing with the supportive dynamic of group therapy and coaching. Participants receive hands-on experience with effective tools and approaches for improving quality of life. Sessions are resuming in late August, with daytime, evening, and weekend offerings planned.
