I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) serving the people of Texas. I have spent my career working with teens/adolescents and adults focusing on grief, depression, and anxiety. I value and embrace trust, respect, honesty, and open-mindedness. I love to help those who need it most! I have helped all populations, with a focus on adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow through therapy and want to be there for every step to help you progress to your best self.
I believe there is no one therapeutic style to fit all client's needs. Each person has unique strengths that we will use to build a better you. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, and Solution Focused Therapies. Together, we will create a personalized, hybrid treatment plan to get you where you want to be.
I embrace calm, rational conversations but truly feel for my clients and join them on an emotional journey.
