Hi! My name is Jaime Miller, and I am a licensed professional counselor. I work with individuals (16 years and up) and couples with anxiety, depression, communication, anger management, stress management, trauma, and life adjustments. I offer an eclectic approach to counseling. I utilize a variety of therapeutic theories, including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, internal family systems, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I utilize different approaches based on client needs.
I enjoy working with couples and individuals. I work with clients 16 years and up. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, communication, relationships, anger control, parenting, stress, and life adjustment issues. I aim to provide a warm, laidback, nonjudgmental, safe space for clients to explore and process mental health issues.
I really enjoy what I do! I am honored to be a part of each client's journey and see progress and growth. I collaborate with the client to identify goals for therapy. I will assist the client in setting goals if needed. During a first session, I will explain my approach to therapy, get to know the client, and identify goals.
