My goal is to help individuals recover from their emotional struggles and lead productive and happy lives by helping them to find their own solutions by identifying destructive patterns, and finding healthy coping skills for all types of emotional and behavioral issues.
I am a FL Licensed Psychotherapist/ Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with Children, Teens, Adults and Families for over ten years. I am a Johns Hopkins educated and trained therapist and have experience in various issues including Substance Abuse, Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders and Weight Related issues.
