Do you want to take your life back and live the life you were meant to live? I believe that each individual has within them the power to change and achieve their full potential within the context of a nurturing, therapeutic relationship. Establishing a trusting relationship with unconditional positive regard as the foundation allows optimum change and growth to occur. I provide counseling to children, teenagers and adults in a warm, authentic way. In addition, I am available to see couples and have extensive experience providing marriage counseling.
I specialize in couples therapy and am trained in evidence based methods that work!
I also work with children of all ages and provide play therapy to kids as young as 3. Providing counseling to children when they are young helps to prevent problems from worsening in the future. I will collaborate with parents to provide support.
