I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Trauma Specialist and Clinical Hypnotherapist/Advanced standing. I specialize in EMDR, hypnosis, CBT, PTSD, trauma counseling, depression, anxiety disorders, chronic pain, women's health, military counseling, and mindfulness. I am EMDR certified, and extensively trained in EMDR I/II, PTSD and trauma.
Working with various populations as a therapist, instructor and guest speaker including; military - both personal and 20 years professional experience, students in the collegiate instructor role, medical/mental health and first responder professionals, has provided me a great wealth of exposure, population specific understanding and resources for support.
