I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist/Advanced standing. I specialize in EMDR, hypnosis, CBT, PTSD/ trauma counseling, depression and anxiety disorders, chronic pain, women's health, military counseling, and mindfulness. I am EMDR certified, and extensively trained in EMDR I/II, PTSD/trauma based and abuse.
Working with various populations as a therapist, instructor and guest speaker including; military - both personal exposure and 14 years professional experience, students in the collegiate instructor role, and medical/mental health and law enforcement professionals has provided me a great wealth of exposure, population specific understanding and resources for support.
