I make it a priority to attend to each clients individual needs while also keeping up to date on the latest literature to best assist clients of various backgrounds who are experiencing interpersonal struggles. I specialize in assisting individuals, couples, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of struggles.
My intention working with each client is that they are heard, validated, and find qualities within themselves that provide them with a wider range of tools and strengths to navigate their different environments. My therapeutic style is patient, supportive, and engaged and I integrate experiential frameworks backed by research to inform my approach.
I strongly believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. It is therefore crucial that you feel comfortable.
