I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, people struggling with body image concerns, eating disorders or disordered eating, and those navigating the effects of complex trauma. Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or challenged by relationships and past experiences. Together, we build a trusting therapeutic relationship that supports healing, self-understanding, and meaningful growth.
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to each client's unique needs. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, I help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, build self-compassion, and create lasting change.
