I am trained in EMDR to facilitate you powerfully moving through your trauma. I also use CBT and Mindfulness to work with people dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, etc. I am very open minded and non-judgmental. I am informed by Ontology, Phenomenology and Motivational Psychology.

Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
We offer a five week group using sublingual ketamine to facilitate growth and change. We endorse a clinical ritual approach to healing. You are the medicine! And, we utilize the neuroplasticity available from the ketamine while bringing the therapeutic components of psychotherapy. Why do we run it as a group?
