I employ an eclectic approach to counseling, placing particular emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My extensive experience encompasses assisting clients with a range of concerns, including lack of motivation issues, low self-esteem, depression, stress, and anxiety.
I don’t adhere to a “one size fits all” approach in counseling. My commitment lies in delivering the best possible service to my clients, which involves understanding their culture, religious beliefs, lifestyle, and more.
