Life can be extremely busy and trying at times, especially now with all of the sudden stressful changes in our lives, and we can feel as though we have too many roles to fill at once. This can create anxiety, depression, stress, and family issues. Having someone to help work through these difficulties can be extremely beneficial. I have much experience with various populations and age groups and provide my services in your home, as that is where people feel most comfortable and that is where many of life's challenges occur.
I have many years of experience providing in-home counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families who have needed assistance with child behavioral issues, parenting, family conflict, parent-child conflict, relationship issues, stress related to life transitions, self-injurious behaviors, depression, anxiety, infertility stress, and trauma.
I do my work in the home to make the client feel comfortable and casual, and to give them the opportunity to include other family members if they choose to. I provide these services in Ocean County. I also have several other clinicians who work in my practice. They have many years of experience and would be happy to help you as well.
