My mission is to provide trauma-centered, culturally responsive therapy that supports Black women and Black veterans in healing without romanticizing their pain. Think of me as your compassionate accountability partner.
I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space where faith is welcomed, self-trust is rebuilt, emotional regulation is strengthened, and clients are empowered to move beyond survival mode into wholeness, clarity, and sustainable well-being.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and start tending to the parts of you that have been carrying so much, you don’t have to do that work alone. Healing doesn’t require perfection or having the right words, just a willingness to begin. You DESERVE you're wildest dreams.

Groups
SHE Becoming
She Becoming is a trauma-informed therapy group for Black Christian women who are ready to heal, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their identity in Christ. This group supports women navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and emotional exhaustion after years of surviving and over-functioning. In a culturally responsive, faith-integrated space, participants explore emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust, and healing relational wounds without romanticizing pain. Faith is welcomed, not forced, and therapy remains grounded in evidence-based practice. This group is ideal for Black women seeking mental health support that honors culture, faith, and the journey toward becoming whole.
