About

I am a compassionate licensed mental health therapist with experience providing trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My experience includes helping individuals that are dealing with trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, issues with identity, negative self-image, stress, and life transitions.
My goal is to provide a safe and judgement-free space; a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship in which you feel empowered to take an active role in your therapeutic journey. My approach depends on the patient and I utilize different therapeutic modalities to better address each patient’s unique needs.
If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk beside you.
