I have experience working with a variety of struggles such as trauma and abuse, anxiety, adjustment/transitions in life, attachment between child and parent(s), infertility/women’s difficulties, depression and relational difficulties within families and/or couples. I am honored when I am chosen to help you and or your family collaborate on goals and working on ways of overcoming these difficult events/situations.
I am a licensed clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Play Therapist and a clinically approved MFT supervisor. I have additional training in EMDR and TF-CBT among others. I work with each client individually to determine their goals and I strive to encourage, support and help direct you towards achieving success in reaching those goals.
I like you, have many roles. I’m a wife, mother of three boys, Jesus follower, daughter, sister and friend. Life can be hard and present us with difficult events/situations.
