I have immediate availability and look forward to meeting you! I work closely with individuals struggling to maintain behaviors specifically tied to disordered eating habits, as well as frequent comorbidities such as trauma, depression, and anxiety.
My preferred therapeutic approaches include the use of Enhanced Cognitive Behavior Therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing with elements of Mindfulness and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for PTSD and trauma.
As a therapist, building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me so that the client can rest easy knowing that they are entering an unbiased atmosphere built on mutual respect. I believe strongly in meeting my clients where they are and making strides towards goals together through the use of evidence-based approaches.
